Advancing Excellence in Eye Care: Join Our Esteemed Team in the Fraser Valley

Fraser Valley Cataract and Laser (www.fvcl.ca) is a multi location, multi doctor ophthalmology group in their growth phase within British Columbia. We have approximately 30-40 staff members with pre-existing operating process and team with site leads and department leads, with locations in Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Surrey and Coquitlam. 

We are looking for a general manager who is very experienced in efficient internal and external business execution with specific interests in business growth strategy, taking direction from the CEO and the board of directors. A detailed job score card can be forwarded upon request.

• Minimum 5+ year manager of a team of at least 10 staff members

• Professional communications to board / owners

Remuneration will be $100,000 plus bonuses
